Mushy banankage med chokolade – Delicious, moist banana cake with chocolate chunks

Lækker, mushy banankage med chokoladestykker. Og så er den ret nem at lave.
Arbejdstid: 15 minutter + 50 minutters bagetid

6 æg
350 g sukker
4 tsk vanillesukker
250 g mel
2 tsk. bagepulver
200 g smeltet smør
5 bananer
1-2 tsk. kanel (Kan udelades)
75 g hakket chokolade Lys/mørk efter eget valg
Æg, sukker og vanillesukker piskes sammen. Tilsæt smeltet smør og mosede bananer.
Mel, kanel og bagepulver sigtes i dejen og til sidst kommes den hakkede chokolade i dejen.
Bages i en bradepande ca. 22×35 cm i ca. 50 min ved 175 grader
TIP: Lav en lækker chokoladeglasur til kagen eller pynt med smeltet chokolade og hakkede pistacienødder.
Delicious, moist banana cake with chocolate chunks:
Makes about 12 servings
Preparation time: 15 minutes + 50 minutes baking time
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 ¾ cups (350 g) sugar
- 4 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 cups (250 g) flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 14 oz (200 g) melted butter
- 5 bananas
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ¾ cup (75 g) chopped chocolate, light or dark, according to your preference
Instructions:
- Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar together.
- Add melted butter and mashed bananas.
- Sift flour, cinnamon, and baking powder into the batter and then fold in the chopped chocolate.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan approximately 9 x 13 inches (22 x 35 cm).
- Bake for about 50 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
TIP: Make a delicious chocolate glaze for the cake or decorate it with melted chocolate and chopped pistachios. Enjoy! 🍰
