S\u00e5 bliver ikke ikke mere l\u00e6kkert. Kagen er glutenfri og kan laves med alle slags b\u00e6r, hvis du ikke kan skaffe solb\u00e6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 Prs., 20\u00f8 springform<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blondie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g hvid hakket chokolade<br>100 g sm\u00f8r<br>\u00bd vaniljestang<br>2 \u00e6g<br>70 g sukker<br>1 knivspids salt<br>100 g mandelmel<br><br>Ovnen t\u00e6ndes p\u00e5 180\u00b0.  Springformen bekl\u00e6des med bagepapir og den hvide chokolade hakkes fint. <br>Smelt sm\u00f8r i en gryde, tag gryden af  pladen og tils\u00e6t den hakkede chokolade og r\u00f8r godt rundt, s\u00e5 chokoladen smelter sammen med sm\u00f8rret. Chokoladeblandingen k\u00f8les let af. <br>Fl\u00e6k vaniljestangen, og skrab kornene ud og bland med lidt sukker. <br>Pisk \u00e6g, sukker, vaniljekorn og salt lyst og r\u00f8r chokoladeblandingen i \u00e6ggemassen. <br>Vend mandelmelet i, til dejen er ensartet. <br>H\u00e6ld dejen i springformen (Husk at sm\u00f8re siderne).  Bages i ovnen i ca. 22-25 minutter. Afk\u00f8l kagen p\u00e5 en rist og s\u00e6t den gerne p\u00e5 k\u00f8l til n\u00e6ste dag.<br><br><strong>Solb\u00e6rmousse<\/strong><br>3 blade husblas<br>\u00bd vaniljestang<br>300 g solb\u00e6r<br>155 g sukker<br>1 spsk.citronsaft<br>3 dl piskefl\u00f8de<br>100 g skyr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Udbl\u00f8d husblassen i en sk\u00e5l med koldt vand. <br>Fl\u00e6k vaniljestangen, og skrab kornene ud. Kog solb\u00e6r, sukker, citronsaft, vaniljekorn og den tomme vaniljestang sammen i en gryde i 5-8 minutter. <br>Si de kogte solb\u00e6r gennem en finmasket si over en sk\u00e5l. <br>Klem husblassen fri for vand, og opl\u00f8s den i den varme solb\u00e6rsaft. <br>R\u00f8r rundt, til husblassen er helt opl\u00f8st.
