Min + 2 timer og 15 min. H\u00e6vetid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 br\u00f8d:<br>25 g g\u00e6r<br>2,25 dl lunkent vand<br>1 tsk sukker<br>Et lille hakket l\u00f8g<br>75 g. Solt\u00f8rrede tomater<br>1\/2 r\u00f8d peberfrugt<br>100 g. Fuldkornsmel<br>300 g hvedemel<br>1 tsk salt<br>evt. 1\/2 spsk. bageenzym<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opl\u00f8s g\u00e6ret i vandet og tils\u00e6t sukkeret. Lad det st\u00e5 i 5-10 minutter, s\u00e5 sukker og g\u00e6r begynder at interagere.<br>Hak l\u00f8g, tomater og peber og tils\u00e6t det til g\u00e6rblandingen. <br>tils\u00e6t mel og salt.<br>Dryp dejen med lidt olie og stil den tild\u00e6kket til h\u00e6vning et lunt sted i 1,5 timer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tils\u00e6tte et par spiseskefulde mel til dejen, hvis den er meget v\u00e5d.
