Denne kage er med bl\u00e5b\u00e6rsylt og bl\u00e5b\u00e6r-chokoladecreme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bl\u00e5b\u00e6rkage 6-8 prs.<br>\n<br>\n175 g bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r&nbsp;<br>\n150 g sukker<br>\n3 store \u00e6g<br>\n180 g revet marcipan<br>\n2 tsk. revet skal fra en \u00f8ko citron<br>\n75 g hvedemel<br>\n1 tsk. bagepulver<br>\n175 g bl\u00e5b\u00e6r<br>\n<br>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 175\u00b0.&nbsp;<br>\nPisk sm\u00f8r og sukker godt sammen. Tils\u00e6t \u00e6ggene, citronskallen og marcipanen.<br>\nSigt mel og bagepulver i dejen og vend den forsigtigt.&nbsp;<br>\nVend bl\u00e5b\u00e6rrene i dejen og fordel den i en smurt springform \u00d822-24 cm&nbsp;<br>\nBag kagen i ca. 35 minutter (Jo st\u00f8rre formen er, jo mindre tid)&nbsp;<br>\nLad kagen k\u00f8le af.&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\nBl\u00e5b\u00e6rsylt<br>\n125 g bl\u00e5b\u00e6r<br>\n12 g sukker<br>\nKorn fra 1\/2 vaniljestang<br>\n<br>\nKog det hele op i nogle minutter, til det tykner, og blend det med en stavblender. S\u00e6t det p\u00e5 k\u00f8l.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chokolade-bl\u00e5b\u00e6rcreme<br>\n2 bl. husblas<br>\n2,5 dl piskefl\u00f8de<br>\n75 g. hvid chokolade<br>\n<br>\nL\u00e6g husblas i bl\u00f8d i koldt vand.&nbsp;<br>\nHak chokoladen. Varm fl\u00f8den op i en gryde og smelt chokoladen i fl\u00f8den.<br>\nVrid husblassen fri for vand, og opl\u00f8s den i den varme fl\u00f8de.<br>\nD\u00e6k sk\u00e5len til med husblas og s\u00e6t den i k\u00f8leskabet minimum et par timer eller til n\u00e6ste dag.<br>\n<br>\nPisk chokoladefl\u00f8den med bl\u00e5b\u00e6rsylten, til den har en flot lilla farve.<br>\nKom cremen i en spr\u00f8jtepose med stjernetyl og lav sm\u00e5 &#8220;dutter&#8221; p\u00e5 kagens overflade.<br>\n<br>\nPynt med friske bl\u00e5b\u00e6r, guldst\u00f8v og chokoladeperler.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeg har virkelig mange bl\u00e5b\u00e6r i haven i \u00e5r, s\u00e5 hvorfor ikke bruge nogen af dem p\u00e5 en kage.
