Mel, sukker og salt blandes i, og dejen \u00e6ltes sammen.<br> Margarinen sk\u00e6res i mindre tern og \u00e6ltes ind i dejen eller brug ev. flydende margarine.<br> Lad dejen h\u00e6ve lunt og tild\u00e6kket i 20 min. Lav fyldet imens.<br> <br> Fyld<br> 190 g sm\u00f8r<br> 225 g brun farin<br>9 spsk m\u00f8rk sirup<br> <br> Smelt det hele i en gryde ved middel varme. R\u00f8r det godt sammen til en ensartet masse.<br> L\u00e6g dejen i en bagepapirkl\u00e6dt bradepande p\u00e5 ca. 35&#215;25 cm og fordel den over bunden. Brug din finger til at prikke hulninger i dejen. H\u00e6ld fyldet p\u00e5 dejen, lad det h\u00e6ve lunt i yderligere 20 min, og prik endnu en gang huller i dejen.
