Tils\u00e6t m\u00e6lk og olie og r\u00f8r dejen glat<br> Kom dejen i en stor firkantet bageform med bagepapir i bunden<br> <br> Bages ved 200 grader i ca. 25 min.<br> <br> Lad kagen k\u00f8le af.<br> <br> Mousse:<br> 4 blade husblas<br> 200 g jordb\u00e6r<br> 100 g flormelis<br> 1 tsk vaniljesukker<br> 1 spsk. citronsaft<br> 3 dl fl\u00f8de<br> 2 \u00e6ggehvider<br> <br> L\u00e6g 6 jordb\u00e6r med stilk fra til pynt<br> L\u00e6g husblas i bl\u00f8d i koldt vand i 10 min<br> Varm jordb\u00e6rrrene op og mos dem godt (Brug evt. en stavblender) og pisk flormelis og vaniljesukker i.<br> Pisk fl\u00f8den til skum<br> Put husblas i den varme jordb\u00e6rblanding og r\u00f8r godt rundt, til det er opl\u00f8st.<br> R\u00f8r 1\/3 del af fl\u00f8deskummet i jordb\u00e6rblandingen<br> H\u00e6ld jordb\u00e6rblandingen i det sidste fl\u00f8deskum og r\u00f8r.<br> Pisk hviderne stive og vend dem forsigtigt i.<br> Fordel jordb\u00e6rmoussen over den afk\u00f8lede kage &#8211; du kan bruge en palet til at j\u00e6vne overfladen med<br> Stil p\u00e5 k\u00f8l &#8211; i 4 timer eller gerne til dagen efter.<br> <br> Sk\u00e6r desserten til passende stykker med en god skarp kniv, lige f\u00f8r du laver ganachen<br> <br> Ganache:<br> 1 dl fl\u00f8de<br> 100 g chokolade<br> Kom 1 dl fl\u00f8de og 100 g chokolade i en gryde og varm op til den er glat og blank.<br> H\u00e6ld lidt over hvert stykke og pynt med jordb\u00e6r<br> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Browniebund med jordb\u00e6rmousse og ganache, 6 prs Brownie: 175 g mel 175 g sukker 50 g kakao 2 tsk bagepulver 1 tsk vaniljesukker 3 dl m\u00e6lk 2 spsk solsikkeolie Mel, sukker, kakao, bagepulver, vaniljesukker blandes i en sk\u00e5l.
