S\u00e5 snart dejen er samlet, Vendes chokoladen i dejen<br> Kom dejen p\u00e5 k\u00f8l min. 1 time og gerne til dagen efter.<br> <br> Del dejen i 70 g stykker og rul dem til runde kugler, som s\u00e6ttes p\u00e5 en bageplade med bagepapir, 6 p\u00e5 en bageplade.<br> Bag dem midt i ovnen ved 175 grader i 17 minutter.<br> Kagerne med bagepapir s\u00e6ttes over p\u00e5 en bagerist og afk\u00f8les i ca. 15 minutter.<br> L\u00e6g dem herefter p\u00e5 en bagerist, til de er helt kolde.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chocolate Chip Cookies, approx. 25 pieces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation time: 30 minutes + cooling time. Make the crust the day before use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup sugar (240 g sukker)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/4 cups brown sugar (280 g farin)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/4 cups butter, room temperature (280 g sm\u00f8r, stuetemperatur)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 large eggs (2 store \u00e6g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cups all-purpose flour (480 g hvedemel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp baking powder (2 tsk bagepulver)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp baking soda (1 tsk natron)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp salt (2 tsk salt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp vanilla sugar (2 tsk vaniljesukker)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 oz coarsely chopped chocolate of your choice (200 g grofthakket chokolade efter eget valg)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beat together the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until the mixture is smooth and uniform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the eggs and beat again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the batter while beating on low speed. As soon as the dough is combined, fold in the chocolate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chill the dough for at least 1 hour, preferably until the next day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the dough into 2.5 oz (70 g) pieces and roll them into round balls.
