Og s\u00e5 er den glutenfri \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bund:<\/strong><br>20\u00f8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g mandelmel<br>100 g smeltet sm\u00f8r<br>2 spsk. sukker <br><br>Ingredienserne blandes og fordeles i en springform og presses godt sammen i formen. Bages ved 160 grader i 25-30 minutter, til bunden er lysebrun og gylden.<br>Afk\u00f8les i formen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fyld:<\/strong><br>400 g naturel fl\u00f8deost (Ikke light) <br>2 dl. piskefl\u00f8de<br>1 dl. limesaft + evt lidt revet skal<br>4 spsk. sukker<br>4 blade husblas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e6g husblassen i koldt vand.<br>Pisk kort 1 dl. fl\u00f8de sammen med osten . <br>Pisk den sidste dl fl\u00f8de til skum og bland det med ostemassen og sukker.<br>Opvarm limesaften i en gryde, kram vandet af husblassen og opl\u00f8s det i limesaften. Lad det k\u00f8le af, til det er h\u00e5ndvarmt.<br>Kom lidt af osemassen i limesaften og r\u00f8r rundt og gentag dette et par gange, f\u00f8r det h\u00e6ldes i resten af ostemassen.<br>H\u00e6ld ostemassen p\u00e5 kagebunden og glat den ud.
