Bekl\u00e6d de sm\u00e5 t\u00e6rte- eller linseforme med dejen, s\u00e5 den d\u00e6kker bund og kanter. Sk\u00e6r overskydende dej v\u00e6k, og stil t\u00e6rtebundene i fryseren i omkring \u00bd time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c6blefyld:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3,5-4 \u00e6bler<br>30 g sukker<br>0,5 tsk. vaniljesukker<br>1 spsk. citronsaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skr\u00e6l \u00e6blerne, fjern kernehuset, og sk\u00e6r dem i sm\u00e5 tern. H\u00e6ld \u00e6bletern, sukker, vaniljesukker og citronsaft i en gryde, og bring det i kog. tilf\u00f8j evt et par spsk. vand, hvis det virker for t\u00f8rt.<br> Lad det simre i ca. 10 minutter, til \u00e6blerne er kogt let ud.  Afk\u00f8l \u00e6blefyldet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 180\u00b0. Tag t\u00e6rtebundene ud af fryseren, og prik dem med en gaffel. <br>Bag t\u00e6rtebundene i ovnen i 10 minutter, til de er let gyldne. Tag bundene ud og stil dem p\u00e5 en rist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00f8ddetosca<\/strong><br>40 g sm\u00f8r<br>40 g sukker<br>40 g hasseln\u00f8ddeflager<br>1,5 spsk. piskefl\u00f8de<br>1 knsp. salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bland alle ingredienserne til n\u00f8ddetoscaen sammen i en gryde og varm det forsigtigt op til sukkeret er opl\u00f8st. <br><br>Fordel en stor skefuld \u00e6blekompot i de forbagte t\u00e6rtebunde og fordel en skefuld n\u00f8ddetosca ovenp\u00e5 hver t\u00e6rte. <br>Bag t\u00e6rterne i ovnen i ca. 20 minutter til de er gyldne og toscaen bobler.
