Facebook, s\u00e5 inspirationen er hentet herfra <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 br\u00f8d<\/strong><br>6 dl vand<br>900 g. Manitobamel (Der kan ogs\u00e5 bruges Tipo 00 mel) <br>25 gram t\u00f8rg\u00e6r (eller 50 g. almindelig g\u00e6r)<br>2 1\/4 tsk. fint salt<br>3 dl. solsikkeolie<br><br>Bland t\u00f8rg\u00e6ren i melet og h\u00e6ld vand, mel og salt i en r\u00f8resk\u00e5l. Tils\u00e6t olien og r\u00f8r i min. 10 minutter. Dejen er klistret &#8211; det skal den v\u00e6re \ud83d\ude42<br>Lad dejen h\u00e6ve tild\u00e6kket i 1 time til dobbelt st\u00f8rrelse.<br>Fordel dejen p\u00e5 to bageplader bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir. G\u00f8r dine fingre v\u00e5de og bred dejen ud p\u00e5 pladen, s\u00e5 den er ca. 1,5 cm tyk.<br>D\u00e6k dejen til og lad den h\u00e6ve i 1\/2 time. <br><br>Imens kan du lave pynten. Kun fantasien s\u00e6tter gr\u00e6nser. Jeg har brugt sm\u00e5 peberfrugter, oliven, tomater, r\u00f8dl\u00f8g og for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g. <br><br>2 minipeberfrugter &#8211; jo mere &#8220;kr\u00f8llede&#8221;, jo finere blomster kan du sk\u00e6re<br>1 r\u00f8dl\u00f8g sk\u00e5ret i skiver p\u00e5 langs (Blomster)<br>1\/2 lille glas udstenede oliven<br>4-5 sm\u00e5 tomater<br>3-4 for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g sk\u00e5ret p\u00e5 langs (Stilkene) <br>Flagesalt<br><br>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 220 grader.<br><br>Pynt br\u00f8dene med gr\u00f8ntsagerne og slut af med at drysse flagesalt hen over br\u00f8dene. <br>Bag br\u00f8det i ca 30 minutter, til skorpen er l\u00e6kker brun og spr\u00f8d.<br><br><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Det her foccacia vil begejstre enhver.
