Og har man alligevel et par overmodne bananer til at ligge, hvorfor s\u00e5 ikke undg\u00e5 madspild og bage disse sk\u00f8nne banancupcakes \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banancupcakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ca. 15-18 stk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u00e6g<br>\n200 g sukker<br>\n1,5 tsk. vaniljesukker<br>\n120 g smeltet sm\u00f8r<br>\n3 mosede bananer, gerne overmodne<br>\n1 stk bagepulver med top<br>\n150 g mel<br>\n75 g m\u00f8rk chokolade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nPisk \u00e6g og sukker lyst og skummende og tils\u00e6t vaniljesukker, sm\u00f8r og mosede bananer. Sigt mel og bagepulver i dejen og vend det forsigtigt, til det er blandet godt. Hak chokoladen og vend den i dejen.<br>\nFyld dejen i cupcakeforme ca. 2\/3 op, gerne st\u00e5ende i en metalform.&nbsp;<br>\nBag dem ved 180 grader i ca 15 minutter midt i ovnen.<br>\n<br>\nChokoladefrosting:<br>\n75 g. m\u00f8rk chokolade<br>\n150 g. bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r<br>\n320 g. flormelis<br>\n1,5 spsk us\u00f8det kakao<br>\n2 spsk. m\u00e6lk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pisk sm\u00f8r og flormelis i min. 10-15 minutter for at fjerne sm\u00f8rsmagen. Hak og smelt chokoladen og tils\u00e6t den sammen med kakao og m\u00e6lk og pisk godt.<br>\nKom frostingen i en spr\u00f8jtepose med tyl og pynt dine cupcakes, n\u00e5r de er k\u00f8let helt af.<br>\n<br>\nPynt evt. med guldst\u00f8v og skovsyre<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hvem kunne ikke spise en l\u00e6kker, saftig cupcake?
