Smelt margarinen i en lille gryde og tils\u00e6t \u00e6g og grahamsmel og r\u00f8r rundt. <br>Tils\u00e6t salt og manitobamel lidt efter lidt. Dejen \u00e6ltes til den er smidig og bl\u00f8d (m\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6re klistret).<br> Lad dejen h\u00e6ve i sk\u00e5len, d\u00e6kket med et rent viskestykke p\u00e5 k\u00f8kkenbordet i en time.<br><br><br><strong>Fyld:<\/strong><\/li><li> 4 guler\u00f8dder, kogte<\/li><li> 40 g sm\u00f8r<\/li><li> 2 dadler eller evt. 1 spsk. honning<\/li><li> 1 tsk kanel<\/li><li> 1 \u00e6g til pensling<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fyld:<br>Kom de kogte m\u00f8re guler\u00f8dder og de andre ingredienser til fyldet i en blender og blend til en ensartet masse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saml dejen med fyld til gulerodssnurrer<br> Rul dejen ud i en firkant, ca \u00bd cm tykkelse, og sm\u00f8r fyldet p\u00e5 dejen. L\u00e6g den ene halvdel over den anden og sk\u00e6r stimler i ca. 5 cm bredde. Del s\u00e5 strimlerne midt p\u00e5, men sk\u00e6r dem ikke helt igennem. Sno nu de to ender sammen og saml snoningen til en snurre. (Det ligner lidt en blomst)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lad dem efterh\u00e6ve p\u00e5 en bageplade med bagepapir i ca 15 minutter, mens ovnen varmes op til 175 grader varmluft. Pensl med et sammenpisket \u00e6g og bag i ca. 16-20 minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Carrot Twists, 10 rolls<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation time: 45 minutes + 1 hout and 15 minutes rising time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 tbsp. (10 grams) dry yeast<\/li><li>3\/4 cups and 2 tbsp. (2 deciliters) milk<\/li><li>1 3\/4 OZ (50 grams) unsalted butter<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>1\/4 teaspoon sea salt<\/li><li>7 OZ (200 grams) whole wheat flour<\/li><li>5 1\/4 &#8211; 7. OZ (150-200 grams) Manitoba flour<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 cooked carrots<\/li><li>1 1\/2 OZ (40 grams) butter<\/li><li>2 chopped dates or 1 tbsp. honey<\/li><li>1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li><li>1 egg for brushing<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Put milk in a bowl. Melt the butter in a small pot and let is cool a bit, mix the yeast with the flour and add the egg and whole wheat flour to the butter, and stir. <br>Add the sea salt and Manitoba flour gradually. <br>Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic (it should not be sticky).<\/li><li>Let the dough rise in the bowl, covered with a clean tea towel on the kitchen counter for an hour.<\/li><li><strong>Filling:<\/strong> Put the cooked tender carrots and other filling ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.<\/li><li>Assemble the dough with the filling to make carrot twists: Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1\/5 inch (1\/2 cm) thick, and spread the filling on the dough. <br>Fold one half over the other and cut strips about 2 inches (5 cm) wide. <br>Divide the strips in the middle but do not cut them all the way through. <br>Twist the two ends together and form a twist. (It should look a bit like a flower).<\/li><li>Let them rise again on a baking sheet with parchment paper for about 15 minutes while pre heating the oven to 347\u00b0F (175\u00b0C) fan.
