Med kun 1,8 g kulhydrat pr. bolle, egner bollerne sig godt til ketovenlig kost

Ingredienser:

  • 250 g revet mozarellaost
  • 50 g smør, stuetemperatur
  • 7 æg
  • 1 dl pofiber
  • 1/2 dl Husk
  • 2 dl mandelmel
  • 2 tsk. bagepulver
  • Et nip salt

Tænd ovnen på 190 grader.
Bland de tørre ingredienser først og tilsæt så æggene og smørret.
Bland det hele godt sammen og form 8-9 boller og læg dem på en bageplade med bagepapir.
Bag dem i 18-20 minutter.

Protein pr bolle: 14,6 g

Gluten-free buns

With only 1.8 g of carbohydrates per bun, these buns are well-suited for a keto-friendly diet.

8-9 buns

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3,5 tbsp. butter, room temperature
  • 7 eggs
  • 7 tbsp.potato fiber
  • 3,5 tbsp. dl psyllium husk
  • 3/4 oz + 1 tbsp. almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix the dry ingredients first, then add the eggs and butter. Mix everything well and form 8-9 buns, placing them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Protein per bun: 14.6 g

  • 250 g grated mozzarella cheese ≈ 2 cups
  • 50 g butter, room temperature ≈ 3.5 tablespoons
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 dl potato fiber ≈ 0.4 cups (or about 6.8 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 dl psyllium husk ≈ 0.2 cups (or about 3.4 tablespoons)
  • 2 dl almond flour ≈ 0.8 cups (or about 13.6 tablespoons)
